ECM delete tuning – what is it?

It is modifyg the software inside the ECM in order to eliminate the need for emmision components.
Along with that we can modify fuel & other power/fuel economy settings.
After we finish loading our delete tuning software, there will be no more error codes for bypassed aftertreatment systems (DPF EGR DEF SCR).
Our tunes DO NOT REQUIRE replacing any hard parts such as turbos, You can leave standard turbo(VGT or VNT) on it, and everything will work perfect.
The only thing required is drilling the DPF-DOC-SCR filters(to prevent clogging up), and blocking off EGR with steel plates (to prevent exhaust gases going back to intake).
Keep in mind that these tunes are intended for off-road usage only.

Can You delete the VGT/VNT turbo from the ECM?

In case You are interested we are able to provide VGT to old-fashion turbo converstion, as well as the Twin Turbo to Single Turbo conversions.
These modifications will require replacing the turbo to the old style one, along with ECM tuning.
The ECM will no longer report codes for turbo actuator, or for turbo speed sensor…

ECM Tuning – how is it done?

All delete tuning we offer is done ONLINE.
There is no down time at all.
Once You are established as dealer, You hook up to a truck using diagnostic adapter(Nexiq USB Link supports all brands), and send us remote access to Your PC, and we do the job for You.

For remote access we are using a program called Team Viewer. Click here for more informations about Team Viewer on their official web site.

What is the best diagnostic adapter for ECM tuning & heavy duty diagnostics?

Nexiq USB link is the adapter we strongly recommend, click here for more informations about the following adapter.
Both USB Link 1 & USB Link 2 are supported by us.
In 90% of the cases we can use truck’s diagnostic port (6 or 9 pin Deutsch round connector).
For some ECMs(for example Paccar MX13 ECM), we require a bench bypass harness. With bench harness You connect Nexiq directlly to ECM.
